Storytelling for sustainable logistics real estate
For the logistics department of Swiss Life Asset Managers, PLEXGROUP developed and produced a promotional film to present a new sustainable logistics property.
The video was shown for the first time on the occasion of the Logix Award 2023 for "Logistics Property of the Year 2023" at EXPO REAL. The film tells about the innovative property in a very accessible way and shows with vivid animations how the energy concept works and how potentials have been used.
Content Creation: Simply animating something complicated.
To make the film accessible and entertaining, we selected the strongest arguments to translate into easy-to-understand texts and accessible explanatory sequences. From conception to script and text to the recording of the voice-over, we shaped the content to suit the target group and the medium.
Expanding a corporate design to film applications
In order to create a unique visual identity for the "Logistics" department, we set design accents in colours and shapes that clearly belong to Swiss Life Asset Managers, but at the same time allow for a distinct tonality. We expanded the existing CD to include moving image applications and designed fades, text fields, visual elements and animations in the style of the company.
