Real estate branding and exposé
Together with our client FOM Invest, we developed a unique real estate branding and an exposé for the tenancy of an extensive shopping area in Hanover that makes the possibilities of the property tangible. Our aim was not just to let space, but to create a vision through captivating storytelling that inspires future tenants and anticipates their ideas.
From location to character: the building personality
A comprehensive location analysis and a deep dive into the environment - from people to business to atmosphere - created a multi-layered picture of the location and its potential. Building on this, we developed a strategy that shapes the unique character of the location into a “building personality” that appeals to the needs and expectations of the diverse target groups.
Naming, tonality and narrative wording: the character of the property
What should the property sound like and which target group do we want to appeal to? By defining a precise tonality and targeted story wording, we highlight the strengths and USP of the location. In the heart of the Linden-Limmer district, the name “Lili” was created, which harmonizes perfectly with the brand identity. This created a strong mission statement that not only characterizes the naming, but also all other statements and content.
An unmistakable face: logo, colors, typography and design
The property is given a consistent visual appearance that radiates its personality across all communication media. From the development of a logo to imagery, color scheme and graphic elements to typography: the branding picks up on the special characteristics of the site.
We were inspired by the materials, the sustainable redevelopment approach and the modern design language of the architecture. The result is a harmonious and organic design that perfectly embodies the identity of the building complex.
A clear vision of the property in the exposé
With this established basis, we developed an informative exposé that offers potential tenants a comprehensive insight. In addition to the design elements, we integrated practical additional information such as detailed floor plans, clear site plans and precise location maps. This not only allows the property to be experienced visually, but also clearly and convincingly presents its strategic location and potential uses.
